Oil change is way to high, oil stocks are down and it should show at the dealer ship also, u get the oil in bulk and should even be cheaper

The service was done in a timely fashion. Courteous and professional. My only comment would be it needs to be noted on the service ticket that a tire rotation is done at same time as oil change for our records. I was told only way this is possible is if they charge me for it and add as separate line item! Seems a bit ridiculous.

I was directed to the salesman JD to help me. Seemed to be a new salesman there. He helped me set up the Onstar and expalined the My Chevrolet app setup before I left. I know the General Manager there David Mendez he came out and greeted me. I had a pre-approved CUAC loan frim my credit union and was in a hurry. The team there got me in and out fairly quickly. My one drawback here is lack of inventory on the lot to choose from. I neede a new car fast and only had one affordable choice on the lot that was new.
