Very unprofessional and rude service advisor could not talk about my vehicle at all was made to feel stupid this is the first time this has ever happened at turner they really need to rework there front counter and customer communications.

Service dept. did not follow my directions, they were more set on work they would do to my truck to the tune of 2400 hundred dollars. Also i was told my tires were dry rotted. I just had my tires rotated two days before this at Discount Tires, and no one mentioned that my tires were dry rotted. I will not be bringing my truck back for any service again, and neither will my wife and two children, who all buy cars and trucks from turner.
