I was greeted promptly by a very attentive service person. I told him what I needed and he told me the approximate wait time and asked if I was ok with that. Once inside to wait, I was offered a water and spoken to by several different associates. My service was completed in the allotted time. I will recommend Turner Chevrolet to all my family and friends.

Upon my arrival I was acknowledged and greeted by the staff,once acknowledged I was handed a number card for service. The oil change and tire rotation took approximately 45 minutes. Not long at all, and once the service was completed ; I received a text on my cell phone that advised me that the service was complete. Great job to the staff of Turner Chevrolet.

never get a call telling me the status of my vehicle. i always have to call to ask the status. i forgot to leave the wheel key inside my truck they did call about that, my wife took the key up to them the service tech ( male ) took the key and placed it on a desk my wife wanted to make sure the service tech ( female ) which was handling my trucks service got the key so she asked about it wanting to make sure she got it. the ( male ) service tech rudely answered that is her desk., how the hell was my wife to know that. this could of been handled so many different ways, instead of saying it like he did the man needs more training in customer service. I will say that the lady who was handling my service was wonderful in all aspects except letting me know the status of my truck which was in their shop about a week and a half. We have bought several vehicles from Turner over the years 5 to be exact. the sales crew and management is some of the best we've dealt with bar none. the service side needs help/ more training with customer service. SOME ARE SO RUDE MAKE YOU WANT TO GET YOUR VEHICLES SERVICED AT ANOTHER DEALERSHIP.

We went in because our 2015 Equinox tailgate switch would only operate 50% of the time. The techinician replaced the tailgate switch and it continues to only work about 50% of the time. This after we spent about $500 for parts and labor! And it also took a week to get it done. We will have to take it back to the delership service department to find a remedy.

Service was excellent but there was a lack of communication when I picked up my car waited for 3 hours for an oil change while y car was in the parking it ready to go no one asked if I was helped everyone was talking nd joking I was sitting in front of them

Came in for oil change. They rotated my tires but didn't align them because of a tire pressure sensor. My tires shaking everytime I hit the gas now from being unbal
