My first oil change and recall on my new truck, was disappointed, was promised it would take about 1/1/2 appointment was at 9:30 about 11 walked around back, and to my surprise my truck was sitting in the rain, not getting worked on , I asked the service people what the hell was going on , they went and checked on it , came back and said I could take the truck ,and bring it back some other time , I told them no I made a appointment to get this stuff done and that I was not happy, they apologized said it was there falt , at 12:15 I finally got to leave , I hope your service isn���t this bad every time.

We sincerely apologize on your long wait. The vehicle had 2 recalls and each one takes 30-40 minutes. The only reason it was parked outside is because the technician that does the recalls received it after the Oil was changed. Also, we were on a skeleton crew because of the Freeze. Several employees are not here because of home repairs but getting back to work daily. Under normal circumstances we can do the oil change and complimentary tire rotation in under an hour. We also do a 27 point inspection. We do apologize but at times certain things may take longer. The recalls are occasionally Updates to your Vehicle. You call me direct to discuss further.
