Confirmed Service Customer
I requested a transmission check and an air conditioning check. Please view the report that I received from the service department after waiting without transportation for a week. No loaner vehicle was available. Now I need to stop by and have the vehicle scanned so a part can be ordered. Then return the vehicle for work. My time and money are very important to me. Gasoline is not free. I requested a copy of the diagnostic report....I haven't received it. I am not a mechanic but I know that the transmission is not working properly. The air conditioning is not as cold as it should be....what was actually checked or done.
