I had two appointments on Wednesday August 30th. We had just purchased a new Tahoe and needed to get service. We schedule one for 12pm and one for 2PM My 2018 Sierra had to get a CF that you guys had recommended. First, they take my Sierra and took over an hour to service and once completed they had done the wrong service, instead of coolant flush they did a transmission flush that we had done back in February. Then we had to wait for that to be done and they had not started the other vehicle. I was there till after 4pm. This is not what I wanted to do my Wednesday afternoon. I will be considering taking my vehicles for service somewhere else. They did not offer anything in exchange of the mistake. If you have any questions, call me. ****
