I feel like the guy really didn't even know what was going on with my car when he came up to me with the bill amount and when I questioned the amount he was like oh well maybe its this. Either way I left your shop with three bad tires and no idea that was the case because he didn't effectively communicate that. He originally said they needed to be balanced then when I questioned the amount he said maybe I need new tires because of the mileage which I knew wasn't the case because my car barely has 30,000 miles on it. Went to the tires shop for them to tell me I had three bad tires. That is just really poor customer service. I used you guys to begin with so I could feel confident in my car when I drive it out of there and to leave with bad tires and no idea. I expected better.
