I had never been to Turner Chevrolet, the service I received was 10 star! Excellent and very professional I could not have been happier with them. They are so friendly and knowledgeable! I will continue to take my car to them. In the past I always went to Ron Craft where I bought my, my last visit once I picked up my car I knew someone was wrong and I told them I know my car slipped off the rack. They told me to prove it, 3 thousand dollars later what I explained to the mechanic what happened, because he was dealing with my brother said “ what your brother sister told me is exactly what happened”, I know this may not be the correct place to say this but the managers at Ron Craft are horrible, I actually witnessed clients being talked to in such a RUDE manner I was in shock!! I tell EVERYONE I can about what happened at Ron Craft! One more thing when I told them something happened and what I believed happened I was told that they would LOOK at it but ONLY if I paid them 200 dollars! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
