It took 10 days to fix my truck which needed ONE part. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 11. Upon my arrival, I was informed the diagnostician was a little behind, and my truck wouldn’t be looked at until Friday. Why is the world would I have to make an appointment when y’all can’t follow through. On Thursday of that week, I approved service repairs, and the part was ordered, which then was a 2-3 days shipping time. Apparently, there was a mix up with shipping and the part had to be reordered further delaying my repair. 10 days without a vehicle is ridiculous unless it’s a major repair and 3 days for a diagnostician to be behind means you probably need to hire another one.

After 9 business days all they did was change my battery, they couldn’t figure our the problem. They stopped answering my messages and taking my calls when I said I wanted to pick it up. Paid $600 and the lady couldn’t even print me an itemized receipt. Worst experience ever, and I will be telling everyone.
