scheduled my appointment - arrived they said they said oh X changed your appointment to 4:30 i said no i scheduled it for noon.( no call before hand of any changes) ok we will have two technicians we will get right on it be 1:30 hours .. ok thanks i leave for lunch come back 2 hours later they said oh we didn't get started yet. X is gonna get on it right now.. - i'm furious cause at this point my ride had left.. and it's cold out. me and my mom go into waiting room. they said be only 30 more minutes. another hour and half past and they kept coming up with excuses of why i'm not even started.. again i got there at 11:45 for my noon appointment and now its 4 and finally done. then they over charged me from what i originally signed up off the GM app for my service was 70 and they said it was $119 they eventually changed it but im annoyed that they didnt know what they were doing or how to get the service in timely manner since i did have appointment.. i also asked if they could look at my side door cause wind sounds . my truck is a a new truck and they told me sorry can't look be 2 weeks.. ok gotcha 2 weeks fro someone to look . i understand they might not can fix it the same day but no one can look... smdh
