It took 3 weeks to get my vehicle back. It sat for a week before they ever did the diagnostic test. Then when they fixed the part, they let me know the check engine light was still on. It took them two more days to get the check engine light off. They never offered a rental car. They had the truck so long they could have offered to detail it, fill it up with gas, etc. while it sat there waiting for diagnostic, and waiting for part to come in.
