This is the worst overall experience I have ever had at a dealership. From initial conversations, I should have known how the transaction would go. The dealership is anything but helpful and would not work with us traveling from just over 3 hours away. This was a first for us, since all others have offered to meet part way or deliver the vehicle, but apparently it is their policy. We made the trip, the car was not ready even after requesting it to be due to the distance we had to travel back. When pull off the showroom floor, there was a large amount of liquid under the car. We were told it was windshield washer fluid from the filler neck even though the reservoir was full and this was at least a 5 gallon bucket or more. They took the car back and stuck with it was just from the filler neck. They sent us on our way 3 hours plus back home without the known cause as they would not deliver the car once the issue could be resolved. They told us if we needed towed, to use Onstar it’s under warranty and the tow would be covered. They have yet to follow up to see if we even made it back. I was called today and told the plates have arrived, when I asked that they be mailed, again we are just over three hours away, I was told they would but if they get lost is it not on them. They would not send with tracking. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

The Worst experience ever. The service department called me to let me know or tell that my suv needed a new motor or should I say almost a rebuilt one for the price of only $8,000.. It just blew my mind to even hear this from the service department , when my engine light came on and gave me a code (P0016) that was telling me it was the timing chain or other issues in the same area . I had looked into it and came out to be the guides and tensioner on the timing chain. Just to let you all know that , I did get it fixed for $ 620.00 and it was not repaired by Turner Chevrolet and they also refused to even consider just fixing the issue .. The only thing on there mind was to so call rebuilt or replace motor. Thank you

I feel like the guy really didn't even know what was going on with my car when he came up to me with the bill amount and when I questioned the amount he was like oh well maybe its this. Either way I left your shop with three bad tires and no idea that was the case because he didn't effectively communicate that. He originally said they needed to be balanced then when I questioned the amount he said maybe I need new tires because of the mileage which I knew wasn't the case because my car barely has 30,000 miles on it. Went to the tires shop for them to tell me I had three bad tires. That is just really poor customer service. I used you guys to begin with so I could feel confident in my car when I drive it out of there and to leave with bad tires and no idea. I expected better.
