Confirmed Service Customer
I had a problem that was previously corrected by 2 different dealerships (Turner Included earlier this year) I do not want to fault the customer service reps in my response. I could change my response to a 10 on question 2 if there was a guarantee this problem would not come back. In the year and a half of ownership of the vehicle, this problem has been addressed 3 times.
