My mom passed away over the weekend and I needed to go out of state for her funeral, but my oil needed changing. I tried to use the app to schedule an appointment but the first available option wasn't til Wednesday. I needed to leave town Monday afternoon! I sent a message to my salesman, Paul Kiessling, and he said that if I could drop it off early on Monday morning, that he would take care of it. When I came in at 7:15am, I was promptly greeted and they took it in right away. He had also arranged for a loaner to drive since I needed to make funeral arrangements, etc. They called me to let me know that it was ready before I even made it to the funeral home, but said to come get it whenever I could get there. Customer service above and beyond your average dealership!
