The customer service was terrible. I dropped my car off with an appointment for a Tuesday morning at 7am due to the engine light on. I did not hear anything from the dealership the whole day. I understand procedures and that other cars may have been scheduled for service ahead of mine but I should���ve at least heard something from the adviser saying that my car hasn���t been tended to yet. Any time I got an update about my car it was because I called them. My car was there until Friday without even a diagnosis and no one ever thought to offer me a loaner vehicle. I had to ask for one and got it on Thursday. The one time I did get a call from the adviser it was on Friday. He finally had a diagnosis for me. I missed the call because I was working. Soon as I was on my lunch break I listened to the message he left and before I could call back he texted a rude message to me saying ��� If you can���t call soon I���ll have them get it back together and will need the loaner back by 6 if we���re not gonna make the repairs���. That message was not appropriate at all especially since I���ve been the one constantly reaching out to them for updates so the one time I miss a call from them they had an attitude. The dealership had my car until the following week on Monday. My car was in the shop for a total of 5 days not including the weekend and 3-4 of those days it hadn���t even been diagnosed yet. I went 3 days without a vehicle and had to make arrangements with other people to get to and from work before they put me on the waiting list for a loaner. I work in customer service myself and I know that even if it���s not ready it���s common courtesy to keep the customer up to date with what���s going on. Turner Chevrolet is a very small dealership and it was not very busy so I know that they could���ve done much better! I will never bring my vehicle back there nor will I ever suggest them to other Chevrolet owners.
